The first subscription will be charged on the day it is placed. All sequential billing will occur automatically on the 15th of every month. Subscription kits will start shipping out on the last week of the month to the first full week of the following month. Any delays in shipment will be communicated via email.

All subscription require a 2-month (consecutive) commitment. First time subscribers who cancel after the first month will be charged the one-time purchase price of the subscription kit (see below). Cancellation after 2 consecutive months of subscription will not incur this one-time purchase fee. Any cancellation, skipping, or modification of your subscription must be done by the 11th of the month at 11:59pm PST. Subscriptions are not guaranteed for subscribers who skipped a month or have late/delayed payments. 

One-time purchase boxes (if available) will be charged the following prices:

Generic Sticker Kit: $28 / $65 with Premium Add Ons
Hobonichi Kit: $28 / $60 with Premium Add Ons
Mini Vertical Kit: $22 / $60 with Premium Add Ons

You must be subscribed for 2 consecutive months in order to receive the lower subscription price. To cancel, skip, or change your subscription, please email misfitcrewsub@gmail.com **CA residents can cancel any time via their subscription portal. 

Domestic shipping with tracking starts at $4.50 
International shipping with tracking starts at $14.00

Please note, shipping rates are dependent on the most updated market rates as well as the overall weight of the subscription, which changes month to month. Shipping rates may change without prior notifications. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged package. Once your item has been marked shipped, we no longer have control of it. We keep photographic records of all processed orders. Customers can purchase insurance via Route during checkout if you are worried about your package getting lost or damaged.

Customs fee, duty taxes, and VAT are buyer's responsibility. For UK customers, current VAT tax for UK customers are 20% of the entire order amount (includes shipping cost).  For EU customers, any customs and handling fees must be paid when your order arrives in your country, you may need to pick up your order at the local post office. We will not collect VAT during point-of-sale.
