Once your subscription has been billed, we cannot cancel that month's order. If you need to change your subscription type after billing, please email us at sub@sumlilthings.com. All sales are final.
While we’re happy to replace any defective or missing items, we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been billed or processed. Mail club are not eligible for discount codes, gift cards, or shop offers.

The Lil' Creatures Courier Mail Club is a subscription service where you’ll automatically receive a letter from Lil & NohNoh every two months.
Your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of each Mail Club month: January, March, May, July, September, and November. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.
Starting in May, the Mail Club follows this schedule:
- Sign up opens on the 1st
- Sign up closes on the 20th
- Shipping begins last week of the month
- Shipping continues through the first week of the next month

You’ll get sneak peeks of the featured creature before each Mail Club cycle, but the contents of the letter will remain a surprise. This helps keep the adventure fun when your mail arrives. 💌

Your Mail Club letter ships during the last week of the month you sign up, and delivery may continue into the first week of the following month. Once it’s shipped, it usually takes a few days to arrive, depending on your location.

You can update your address or payment details at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Manage Subscription.”
Important: If your mail club has already processed (on the 1st), changing your address in your account will NOT affect that order. In that case, please email us at sub@sumlilthings.com with your updated address. Note that we cannot makes changes once the shipment has been sent.

We’re sorry to see you go! If you have any issues or questions about your mail club, please contact us at sub@sumlilthings.com, and we’ll do our best to help. Cancelling will not refund letters already paid for.
How to Cancel Your Subscription:
Send us an email at sub@sumlilthings.com or follow the below steps:
- Email us at Log in to your account.
- Go to "Manage Subscriptions."
- Click "Edit" on your subscription.
- Scroll down and click "Cancel Subscription."
- You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is successful.
Please do not send cancellation request email to any other emails than sub@sumlilthings.com as they will not be reviewed.
