SumLilThings Subscription is a monthly subscription service that is exclusively designed and packed just for you! Each month, a theme is picked by our subscribers and coordinating kits, stationery, and planner accessories are hand drawn and designed to fit the theme!  

THEME REVEAL & SNEAK PEEKS of the subscription will happen the week before the 15th, also known as our Sub Reveal Week. However, we sometimes will not have the items on hand before enrollment happens, in which case, we will provide digital images or mock ups of the products to give you a better understanding of what to expect. 

ENROLLMENT for the subscription opens on the 17th of each month (subject to changes) and will be available until the allocated amount sells out. The first subscription will be charged on the day it is placed. All sequential billing will occur on the 15th of every month.

*Any subscribers who cancel after the first month of subscribing will pay for the full value of the subscription for the purchase month (value changes monthly).

**For first time subscribers, please make sure that there are no additional items other than subscription items in your cart. Failure to do so will result in cancellation or delay in your subscription shipment.

SHIPPING of the subscription kits will begin starting on the last day of each month to the first full week of the following month. In the event of an unforeseen delay in shipment, subscribers will be notified via email. 

*If you signed up for September, you will receive the September kit.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING starts at $4.50 USD with tracking. If you order multiple kits, shipping will be combined and rate will be adjusted based on weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING starts $14 USD with full tracking. If you order multiple kits, you will get combined flat rate shipping with tracking. This shipping method is our first class package option with estimated delivery time of 1-4 weeks.

We also allow our domestic & international customers to combine 1 order along with their subscription (must be placed separately and before last day of the subscription month). 

Please note that shipping refund will occur after order has been processed and refund amount will be based on the adjusted combine shipping cost. If your order contains bulky items (i.e sticker albums, tote bags, plushies), there may not be a substantial shipping cost refund.

As of February 2020, we now offer a cheaper option for international shipping due to USPS rate increase. Subscribers can choose our "FLAT" option which starts at $12 with limited tracking. Please note that this cheaper shipping method has an estimated delivery time of 4-10 weeks and we are unable to offer combine shipping for treasure trove orders.

If incorrect shipping method was chosen or non-subscription items are present in your order, your order will be subject to delays and cancellations. Any cancellations due to incorrect checkout (i.e. shipping method or contains non-subscription items) will be subjected to a 2.5% fee.

** Subscribers who are changing their address from domestic to international or vice versa, please contact us at so we can adjust your shipping rate.

CUSTOM FEE, DUTY TAXES, AND VAT are buyer's responsibility. Please note that for most European countries, if a package is valued at more than £15 or $18 USD, you may get charged with custom fees. 


CHANGING of the subscription plan must be done by 11th of the month before 11:59 PST To change your currently subscription plan, please email us at with your full name and email address. You will receive a confirmation email of the change once it has been processed (3-5 business days).

SKIPPING of a subscription must be done by 11th of the month before 11:59 PST. To skip a subscription month, please email us at with your full name and email address. You will receive a confirmation email of the skip once it has been processed (3-5 business days). Please note that if you skip a month, you will temporarily lose your discount and access to Treasure Trove for that month. You may not skip subscriptions consecutively and you can only skip once every 3 months of subscribing (i.e. must have 2 consecutive months of prior subscription in order to skip 1 month)

CANCELLATION of the subscription must be done by 11th of the month before 11:59 PST. To cancel, please email us at with your full name and email address. You will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation once it has been processed (3-5 business days). If you email us after deadline, your subscription will be cancelled for the following month. First time subscribers who cancel after the first month will be charged the full value of the subscription kit for the purchase month.

** Please do not cancel via Paypal billing agreement as this will terminate your subscription account permanently.


SUBSCRIPTION PORTAL can be accessed via your account (upper left corner) under "manage subscription". Subscriber can change their payment information and shipping address via this method. Any address changed made via email cannot be guaranteed if the shipment has been sent out already. 


Every 2-3 months, we will be issuing all active subscribers Freebie Dollars to spend on our Treasure Trove (Secret Shop) freebie items. Freebie items are identified by [FREEBIE] in the listing title. You will also notice that the freebie items will have no shipping cost since they are intended to be combined with your existing sub order for the month. 

The two types of freebie allowance based on your subscription:

  • Basic Only subscriber get $12 Freebie Dollars
  • Premium subscriber get $20 Freebie Dollars

Freebie Deal Time Period: Freebie Dollars can only be used between subscription enrollment close date and one day prior to the last day of the month when shipping begins. This typically amounts to about ~1 week time for subscribers to use their Freebie Dollars. Subscribers who don’t use or forget to use their Freebie Dollars in time will simply lose the perk for that cycle.

REQUIREMENT for All Freebie Orders: All customers placing orders from the freebie catalog using their Freebie Dollars MUST include their subscription order # for the month in the Seller Notes section. Failure to do so will result in your Freebie order NOT being combined with your subscription order. We WILL NOT send out any freebie orders separately if your sub has already been processed & shipped.

Additional Program Information:

  • Freebie Dollar codes will be sent via email. Please make sure your email address in your subscription profile is up-to-date.
  • Only one allowance and freebie order is allowed per customer. Multi-kit subscribers only get a single allowance (either basic only or premium) based on their subscriptions.
  • Prices in the freebie catalog are not based on retail value. They are generally inflated prices based on a different pricing system designed for the freebie catalog.
  • We encourage customers to spend within their Freebie Dollar limits. We will not be issuing any refunds or canceling orders if the Freebie Dollar limit is exceeded.
  • If you add a non-freebie item to your freebie order, it will no longer qualify for free shipping.

To maintain the integrity of this freebie program, please do not share your codes or secret shop password with anyone.
