Get Excited
Each month, we or our subscribers choose a theme, and we hand-draw and design coordinating sticker kits, stationery, and lifestyle products. Seasonal themes won’t be included in the subscription.

Subscription FAQ
Once your subscription has been billed, we cannot cancel that month's order. If you need to change your subscription type after billing, please email us at sub@sumlilthings.com.
While we’re happy to replace any defective or missing items, we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been billed or processed. Subscription boxes are not eligible for discount codes, gift cards, or shop offers.
By purchasing and signing up for our subscription, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
A subscription means you’re signing up for a recurring service where you’ll automatically receive a themed box of our goodies every month without needing to reorder. Instead of buying each box individually, you subscribe once and it continues until you decide to cancel.
Our subscription plans auto-renew on the 15th of each month, featuring a new theme chosen by us or our subscribers. All themes are non-seasonal, so you can enjoy them anytime!
👉 Whether you choose a month-to-month plan or a 3-month prepaid plan, your subscription is set to automatically renew until you cancel.
Subscription will start shipping at the end of the month. Below is the general timeline of our subscription:
- 15th - subscription renews at 12am PST, waitlist invites are sent out
- 2nd to last Friday - open enrollment, secret shop opens at 12pm PST
- 28th - last day to combine orders
- 30th or 31st - enrollment closes & shipping starts (can take up to a week)
We offer two different plans to make it easier for you to get your goodies. Both types of plans are set to auto-renew, so you will never miss a box.
- Month-to-Month Plan - you will be billed, on the 15th, the month your box ships.
- 3-Month Plan - you will be billed for 3 boxes at signup. This plan renews every 3 months on the 15th, and you’ll save up to $7.00 per box compared to the monthly plan!

Yes! We reveal our subscription themes three months in advance. The full contents of the current month's box are revealed on our website by the 10th—you will have up until the 15th to decide if you want to renew or sign-up.
Yes! Individual items are available exclusively to current subscribers through the Secret Shop as part of the Early Access perk. However, we won’t release them to the general public until months later—if at all—since some items may sell out before they hit the shop.

While we don’t have full past subscriptions available, we may have extra one-time purchase boxes. You can find them in the "One-Time Purchase" section of our website.
Renewal & Shipping
Subscription begin shipping on the last day of each month to the first full week of the following month. In the event of a delay in shipment, subscribers will be notified via email or social media. Please note the above timeframe is the START date of processing, which usually lasts 5-10 days (up to 15 days if you combined orders).
All subscription plans renew on the 15th of every month at 12:00AM PST. Once a subscription has renewed, we cannot modify, cancel or skip the order.
If your payment fails on renewal day due to issues such as insufficient funds or an expired card, an automated email will be sent to update your payment method. However, your spot is not reserved until a successful payment is completed. We are unable to hold or guarantee availability for sold-out tiers if payment is not resolved promptly.
Shipping rates are dependent on the most updated market rates as well as the overall weight of the subscription, which changes month to month. Shipping rates may change without prior notifications.
United States: starts at $5.00 USD with tracking. If you order multiple kits, shipping will be combined and rate will be adjusted based on weight.
International: starts $14 USD with full tracking. If you order multiple kits, you will get combined rate shipping with tracking. This shipping method is our first class package option with estimated delivery time of 1-4 weeks.
*Subscribers who are changing their address from U.S. to international or vice versa, please contact us at sub@sumlilthings.com so we can adjust your rate.
We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged package. Once your item has been marked shipped, we no longer have control of it. We keep photographic records of all processed orders. Customers can purchase insurance via Route during checkout if you are worried about your package getting lost or damaged.
Customs fee, duty taxes, and VAT are buyer's responsibility. For UK customers, current VAT tax for UK customers are 20% of the entire order amount (includes shipping cost). For EU customers, any customs and handling fees must be paid when your order arrives in your country, you may need to pick up your order at the local post office. We will not collect VAT during point-of-sale.
Modification, Skip & Cancellation
You can update your address or payment details by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscription." If your subscription has already processed for the month (on the 15th), please email us at sub@sumlilthings.com with any address changes. Please note, address changes cannot be guaranteed once the shipment has been sent out.
Of course! You can modify your subscription by following these steps:
- Log into your Account
- Click "Manage Subscriptions"
- Click "Edit" on the plan
- Click "Swap" and select the subscription you want to switch
If you change your subscription selection after your subscription has renewed on the 15th (12am PST), the change will not take effect until the following month. Please note, your new selection will replace your original selection and will continue until you switch back.

If you're on a month-to-month subscription, you can skip any time in your account or by emailing us at sub@sumlilthings.com before the 15th (by 12 AM PST).
For the time being, skips are unlimited however, we’re a small business and frequent skips can affect our ability to operate smoothly. If you skip three or more consecutive months, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription at our discretion without notice.
How to Skip Your Subscription:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to "Manage Subscriptions."
- Click "Edit" on your subscription.
- Scroll down and click "Skip Subscription."
- You will be able to review your upcoming charge date in your account.
If you're on a 3-month prepaid plan, skips are not allowed during the active prepaid period. However, you can request to skip your next renewal, which will skip your subscription for the entire upcoming 3-month cycle.
Important Skipping Terms:
- Skipping Deadline: If you skip before the 15th (12 AM PST) renewal date, you will not be charged, and your subscription will be skipped
- Skipping After Renewal: If you skip after your subscription has already renewed on the 15th, you will still receive that month’s box, but your subscription will be skipped the following month.
- No Refunds or Reversals: Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Late Skipping Processing Fee: If you skip after the deadline with a pending charge, a $5 processing fee (per sub) will automatically apply to remove the charge.
- Failed Payments & Account Suspension: If your payment is invalid and you skip after renewal without resolving the charge, your subscription account will be suspended.

- You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is successful.
Important Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellation Deadline: If you cancel before the 15th (12 AM PST) renewal date, you will not be charged, and your subscription will end immediately.
- Cancellations After Renewal: If you cancel after your subscription has already renewed on the 15th, you will still receive that month’s box, but your subscription will not renew moving forward.
- No Refunds or Reversals: Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Late Cancellation Processing Fee: If you cancel after the deadline with a pending charge, a $5 processing fee (per sub) will automatically apply to remove the charge.
- Failed Payments & Account Suspension: If your payment is invalid and you cancel after renewal without resolving the charge, your subscription account will be suspended.
- Re-Subscription Restrictions: Customers who cancel after the deadline may be subject to a temporary re-subscription block (up to 3 months).

Due to the nature of our subscription boxes, we’re unable to offer refunds for orders or subscription renewals once they’ve been placed. All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for being part of our lil' community!

Subscription Perks
All active subscribers are given a secret password to access the website or Secret Shop. Password changes every month during renewal date (15th) and all active subscribers will receive a password when subscription renews on the 15th. Please note that access is tied to your subscription status, if you cancelled or skip your subscription, your access will be immediately revoked.
You can find your exclusive discount code in the automatic renewal email sent once your charge has been successfully process on the 15th of each month. For new subscribers, you can find the discount in the automatical subscription sign up email you received once you have sucessfully signed up. Please note that cancellation of your subscription will result in IMMEDIATE loss of all benefits and perks.
In order to become a Honorary misfit crew subscriber, you must be subscribed for 9 active subscription months within a calendar year. If you cancel or skip your subscription, you will be considered as "inactive" and your active subscription will restart at 1 count.
Yes. As a perk for subscribers, you can combine a regular order with your subscription shipment to save on shipping costs. Any excess shipping cost will be refunded when your orders have been processed. Please check your subscriber email to see instructions on how to combine your orders.
