Q: What time does the Black Friday sale begin?
The sale officially begins November 26th at 12PM PST. Subscribers will have access to the site one- hour early at 11AM PST Friday.
Q: What does the Black Friday discount code work on?
Discount codes are applicable to most items in the shop, but exclude already discounted items like bundles and clearance items.
Q: Are there sale freebies?
YES. There are BFCM exclusive freebies available to all customers to collect. Freebie tiers are calculated in USD after discount and before shipping.
Q: Do I have to purchase the bundles separately?
No. Shipping cost will be based on the combined weight and dimensions of all bundles and items.
Q: What is the processing time for Black Friday orders? Will I get my order by Christmas?
The estimated processing time is 2-6 weeks (not including shipping time), although it might not take that long. Since we process orders chronologically, we highly recommend you to order at the beginning of the sale so that your order will get processed sooner. However given the high influx of mail volumes during this time of year as well as postal service slowdowns and closures, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order by Christmas.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after it is placed?
