The estimated processing time is 1-4 weeks (not including shipping time). Since we process orders chronologically, we highly recommend you to order at the beginning of the sale so that your order will get processed sooner.

Discount codes are applicable to most items in the shop, but exclude already heavily discounted items like bundles and clearance items.

No. Shipping cost will be based on the combined weight and dimensions of all bundles and items.

Orders cannot be canceled during this anniversary event but we will try our best to accommodate any modifications! If you need to add or remove items from your order, please email us at help@sumlilthings.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Normally, we do allow subscribers to combine orders as part of their subscription benefit.

However, during sale events such as our anniversary sale, we will not be able to combine orders. This is to ensure that we can process the influx of orders as fast as possible.

If you are a subscriber and you placed your order after the sale AND if we haven't shipped out your subscription order yet, I would be happy to combine them!

International subscribers currently utilizing our FREE "shipping box" service is exempt from this exception.
