Our enamel are individually polished by hand, minor scuffs or scratches may be present. Please read over our grading guide for more information. C grade has more scratches, oxidation on metals, and/or specks on enamel.
Our normal processing time is 5-15 business days and for sales is 2-4 weeks. Please refer to our announcement bar at the top for our current processing times. Processing time refer to the time it takes to prepare and pack your order before shipping.
All orders are shipped via letter mail or tracked packages. If you have any special requests regarding the packing of your order or shipment method, please send us an email before placing an order. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and method. Shipping cost includes postage fee, packaging & handling fees, and all other fees required for us to pack and ship your order.

We are a small business, and every item is made to order in our little studio! Our typical processing time is 3-15 business days (check the announcement banner for current times). Subscription orders starts shipping at the end of each month, and all orders include tracking. Please review our shop policies before placing your order.
