March 31: Pre-order period opens at 6pm PST
April 5: Pre-order period closes at midnight
April 9: Final numbers calculated & order placed
April 20: Product 80% completed
April 28: Expected delivery of washi tapes batch 1/2
May 3: Expected delivery of washi tapes batch 2/2

May 6: Quality checking and counting all the preorder tapes
May 16: All pre-orders have been processed and shipped!

DESIGNS AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER

All 15mm foiled washi tapes will be discounted at $5.50 USD (regular price $6) during pre-order period. The sets will be priced accordingly based on number of rolls and size of the tapes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Can I order other items in the shop with preorders? Preferably no; if you order other items in the shop with the preorders, they will be shipped out altogether in 2-3 months. Unless you are okay with waiting, please do not add other items (i.e. stickers) along with your preorder.

Q: Is there limits for preorders? There are no limits for pre-orders. Everything is available in unlimited quantities and you can purchase as many quantities as you want.

Q: How long does it take for preorders to ship? Estimated time to ship for washi preorder is 2-4 months (subject to manufacturer's delay). Preorder are products that have yet to be manufactured and requires your purchase/funding in order for us to have the designs produced. 

Q: What if my address changes by the time preorder is ready to ship? Email us at sumlilthings@gmail.com anytime before your order ships with your order number and we can make the appropriate changes. 

Q: What if I change my mind or want to add more designs? Unfortunately, all preorder sales are final (no cancellation or modifications). If we have extra quantity of the designs leftover once preorder are fulfilled, they will be listed on the website. 

Q: Is discount codes allowed? No, since preorder purchases are what allows us to fund for the manufacturing process of the designs.
